I'm seeking a way to specify an environment variable to automagically get defined for the "make test" process.
FYI: I'm using Perl solely to test some C/C++ packages, which need to do their own thing wrt signals. So I want to set PERL_SIGNALS=unsafe. Ideally that could be defined by the test harness before it forks off the test processes. Is there an EU::MM parameter to do that ? If not, perhaps one of the alternate builders (Module::Build) can ?
