Google seems to be pretty good at supporting heavy load! Lots of heavy traffic sites use their free Google Maps service, for example. There's no limit on usage, but they do ask that you inform them if you expect to generate more than 250,000 charts per day (!).

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
