It's right there in the CGI documentation (perldoc CGI):
FETCHING THE NAMES OF ALL THE PARAMETERS PASSED TO YOUR SCRIPT:
@names = $query->param
If the script was invoked with a parameter list (e.g.
"name1=value1&name2=value2&name3=value3"), the param() method w
+ill
return the parameter names as a list. If the script was invoke
+d as an
<ISINDEX> script and contains a string without ampersands (e.g.
"value1+value2+value3") , there will be a single parameter name
+d "key-
words" containing the "+"-delimited keywords.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
