by Robert Ward. Also, if you can get your hands on it, see Freeman, J.T., Riedl, T.R., and Ward, R. (1994). Debugging software systems. The Wiley Encyclopedia of Software Engineering. NY: Wiley.

tags should generally be avoided. If they must

horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
