This is untested but should give you an idea. There is definitely more efficent ways to do this and it'd be interesting to see other people's methods on doing this.
my $max_count = 0;
foreach my $key (keys %hash)
{
my $count = $hash{$key};
if ($count > $max_count)
{
$max_count = $count;
}
}
foreach my $key (keys %hash)
{
my $count = $hash{$key};
if ($count == $max_count)
{
print "$key $count\n";
}
}

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
