I think your computer sucks if it is running code inside of images, whether it is virus code or not.
But computers do suck. And buffer overflows have been known to appear in software run on all sorts of operating systems.

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
