You could try the Super Search. If you scroll down, you can select 'User' as the section to search in. You can't specify a pattern to match on, but you can specify part of a word to search for, so for example 'integ' in the title box would find myself.

<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
