Nothing, actually. Burger King went bust in France in the 90's. They made some serious marketing blunders when they started out and never recovered. There is MacDonald's though. They pronounce Big Mac like this: beeg mac, and the brand name MacDonald's tends to be abbreviated to Mac d'oh.
Update: oops, beg your pardon. As I never go into those places, never mind eat the poisonous crap they try to pass off as food, I'm not really familiar with the spelling (they shoulda named it "Big Mc"). My apologies to the Scotch, err, Scottish people :)

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
