If I was just starting out, I'd opt for Dr. Dre, he got Eminem off the ground, so he's got to be a good motivator and mentor. But at this point, I'm happier with a manage who just kind of hangs back and says, "That's cool" (Or rather, says whatever cool people say, I'm sure it's not 'cool') without interfering with me. <pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
