( #3333=superdoc: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

Do you have more information on this? All I found was the teachers and professors section of the Safari terms of service where it states a teacher may:

  • post, for the benefit of your students, up to 2 sections of our books on your university or other school intranet. (Safari chapters are sets of individually viewable sections.) You agree to monitor the usage of this site and agree to take it down if it is being used by other than your students and when your class term is completed.
  • reproduce photocopies of up to 2 sections of our books for the benefit of your students. However, if any more material is assigned to your students, they will be required to purchase their own issues.

Are you sure your school is complying with the terms of service? Or maybe the books they list are part of the O'Reilly open books project.

Title:
Use:  <p> text here (a paragraph) </p>
and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong> <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
  • Want more info? How to link or How to display code and escape characters are good places to start.
