I have a pretty particular binge recipe for fries.
1 plate covered with a nice heap of fries.
1 layer each of ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and barbeque.
1 layer onion
1 layer garlic roasted or freshly minced (2 layers for the brave) 2-3 layers of Kosher Sauerkraut (or Kim-Chee if you prefer)
1 layer sweet relish
Garnish with 1 layer of olives(black) and Jalapeno peppers.
Don't get drunk before, during or after eating.
If you have a live in friend or lover don't talk to them unless they helped you eat this.

Also down here in New Orleans, LA (USA) we make a nice French Fry Poboy.
One more thing... for those of you in the Midwest, or anywhere else in the USA, using ketchup and mayonnaise for seafood try.....
Ketchup
Worsterchire Sauce (personally I'm vegan so I don't use this or eat sea creatures)
Horseradish (the fresher the better) or a sauce if you can't find it.
Hot Sauce Tabasco (McIlhenny Co. also makes a Habanero hot sauce that you can use for more kick).
The measurements are always different for different people. This is best with fried or boiled seafood(or vegetables).
If you are boiling use a crab boil (zatarains' is the best). Of course I have my own recipe for that as well.

All in the best interest of your tastebuds. Give it a shot you just might like it!

to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong> <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
