Today, Perl is like
Thinking inside of SheBangs
Next Day, All is changed
Update
Let me apologize in advance for this one. I was trying to capture
the feelings of learning perl. I eneded up writing a sucky haiku.
I'll leave this as an example of how not to write poetry. It should
always be from the heart and you should throw out meter and form when
you need to. Here is a better attempt.
I learned about the $! today
Perl is mysterious, with symantics arcane
What characters will I learn of tommorow?

Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
