I see many of the goals
as being related to each other sequentially.
First, you become an Uebercoder (or at least START on it).
Then you get the new, better job.
You make more money
and have more time on your hands to "get a life."
You improve the quality of your life
by losing some weight and getting in shape.
Then you look more attractive
to any potential significant others,
which makes it easier to get a date.
Winning the lottery would be an added bonus,
but not necessary.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
