( [id://3333]=superdoc: print w/replies, xml ) Need Help??

Hi perlmonks

It seems that my code is not able to parse this XML because of the "xmlns="urn:foo:names:tc:doc:document:1.2""

I tried to use registerNs but no luck :(

Could you please help me on this?

Here is the XML

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <doc version="1.2" xmlns="urn:foo:names:tc:doc:document:1.2" xmlns:okp +="ok-fr:doc-extensions" xmlns:its="http://www.w3.org/2015/1115/its" x +mlns:itsxlf="http://www.w3.org/do/its-doc/" its:version="2.0"> <body> </body> <body> <node id="NFDBB2FA9-tu1" xml:space="preserve"> <node1>TEXT 1"</node1> </node> </body> </doc>

And here is my code

use XML::LibXML; my $dom = 'XML::LibXML'->load_xml(IO => *STDIN); foreach my $tu ($dom->findnodes('/doc/body/node')) { for my $node ($tu->findnodes('node1')) { print "$node\n"; } }

Title:
Use:  <p> text here (a paragraph) </p>
and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong>   <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
