Sorry 2teez, but I think you're overreacting here, and I am taking the pain and the risk of saying this to you because I know that this is not your usual state of mind and that you are usually more helpful.
While there could certainly be some improvement in the OP, the OP did not ask for a ready-made solution but for some "tips".
There is nothing intrinsically difficult in what is being asked, basically a row-column transposition if I understood correctly, but there was certainly a time in the distant past where I would have found this to be a rather challenging task. And I would think that you and most other monks have also been beginners at some point and would have found this a difficult problem to solve.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
