There was this joke when I was a child. The Soviets sent a rocket to the Moon, the Americans watched them, but did nothing. The Soviets landed on the Moon, the Americans watched them, but did nothing. The Soviets took out barrels of red paint from the rocket and started painted the Moon red, the Americans watched them, but did nothing. Once the Moon was completely red, the Soviets got on the rocket and returned home. "Well, guys," the US president said, "get a can of white paint, fly to the Moon and write Enjoy Coca-Cola there!"
