PM "bugs" - Everybody has them, why PM shouldn't?

Hi fellas.

I've noticed three bugs in the Monastery that I'd like to share with you - please note that I'm just warning about them, not demanding anything at all :)

I guess (been away for a while) it was decided that the OP should not be able to frontpage his own post. Well, this is handled correctly in the post's node, but on the session where the node belongs if it wasn't approved yet the Frontpage checkbox is enabled.
It's possible to add the same nodes over and over to the Personal Nodelet (it shouldn't), but it's not possible to remove duplicated nodes (it should).
When looking at my user settings, I see an empty node at the top of the personal nodelet... Every time I look at it I feel like the little boy from Sixth Sense ("I see empty nodes") *lol*

Well, besides of all that (just kidding lol) PM is still the best forum for geeks I've ever saw! Keep up with the good job, one day I'll be a god too and get my paws dirty :D

For the frontpaging, disabling the checkbox is there to remind you, it's still done server side, so you really can't frontpage your own nodes (last time I checked) The Personal Nodelet needs some changes which were in the TODO list of the pmdev when I was in that group. It's just a list of links seperated by a `<br>` tag, ~~some links are by title, some by node id, that's where checking for duplicate entries is cumbersome~~(I'm talking nonesense). I assume some pmdevil will get to patch it eventually. Go to user settings, click "modify my personal nodelet", click next to the empty box, click "submit". In any case, that worked for me after I copied the apparent problem from your settings into mine. - tye	[reply]
