contest is still raging! Here is a try with a really restricted character set:

This was as fun as writing french without using the letter 'e'
(as did Georges Perec
in La Disparition --translated as
A
Void
by Gilbert Adair)...
Here I only used those ASCII characters whose 7th and 6th bits are respectively
set to 0 and 1, and more precisely between ASCII 64 and 127.
(but DEL is not precisely the kind of char you want to use for this...)
