in reply to Default Null Vote Setting

This issue came to my mind again after reading Re: Voting - single Vs. multiple nodes just now. I think the default setting for "Null Vote" really ought to be "on" rather than "off". The absence of a null vote button by default has confused many a poor monk, even experienced ones. Since the vote buttons are a radio button group, and radio button groups should always have something selected, the default setup (no null vote and nothing selected) is quite disorienting. Is there a reason why the "Null Vote" option is off by default? Would it be difficult to change?

XML::Simpler does not require XML::Parser or a SAX parser. It does require File::Slurp.
