I can provide Hebrew translation, but I have a few questions first:
  • How are the files encoded (UTF, ISO-8859-x, etc) ?
  • Is the translation done phonetically or to the other language's own script?
  • How soon, if that's important (if there's a limitation other than 'as soon as posible)?
