This is missing the There's no place like 127.0.0.1 option. (For any ThinkGeekers around).
I had to pick 'the present' just for the "There's no time like the present". If only because of my present situation in life. It's about to be a great time for me and I can't wait! So I suppose my answer is really more or less like "There is no time like the not-too-distant future" :)
A different format for the poll:
There's no $1 like $2
- place/home
- time/present
- fool/old $1
- business/show $1
- $noun/$pronoun (hrm, is this right?)
- "Nobody doesn't like Sara Lee" (all I could find)
- fury/a woman scorned
- service/self $1
- ???/pollination (what is this one?)
If the above content is missing any vital points or you feel that any of the information is misleading, incorrect or irrelevant, please feel free to downvote the post. At the same time, please reply to this node or /msg me to inform me as to what is wrong with the post, so that I may update the node to the best of my ability.

Agreed! I have and love wearing that shirt. Confusion to all those stuffy "business" people at work.
As for the "a woman scorned", I'd think that should've been "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". I could be wrong though.
As for me, I chose present simply because I'm currently working on a time project and that seemed plausible enough. Hehe...

There is no X like my first wife.
She was pleasant, very easy on the eyes, and quite friendly... until the horns would magically appear from her forehead. Please help me in sending good luck to the fellow that ended up with her, I know he would welcome it at times. | [reply] [Watch: Dir/Any] |

a woman scorned
In my case, a wife who was thoroughly ticked off because I didn't answer my pager or cellphone or call her to let her know I was working extremely late. In my defense, my cell phone was in the car turned off, and I was in a room of our building where sometimes the pager will not receive a page.

So, you would have chosen "an overcrowded paved desert" had it been an option?
. . . sigh . . .
I am, of course, a jealous displaced east coaster wistfully longing for home.

Ahhh, indeed I would have. Different strokes and all...but I just could not stand the east coast (more specifically...the south). I think people from the west have a completely different point of view about just about everything than the folks on the right southern part of the country. They are more closed minded and believe it or not I felt they were more politically driven...you know? -- the "good-ole-boy" network and all.
I made a some very good friends there but I just couldn't take it anymore. So, home is definitely rockin despite the environmental downfalls which don't bother me in the least bit. Besides, beaches, mountains, girls...who needs anything else? (rhetorical question, folks :)).

There's no fool like an old fool.
Which is why this fool is working on staying young and continuing to learn lots of stuff. Like, I just downloaded Perl 5.8 and I'm getting started on building it from scratch. Sure hope it works OK. :)

Hmmm---that would be Xing?! Pronounced 'zing' indicating a location where deer/fox/armadillo cross the road, or was that some other kind of 'X'?

Hi.
I decided that self-service + pollination could form a new poll option: self-pollination
