I wonder why CPAN (http://www.cpan.org/) is loading Matt's Script Archive today.
It caused me to notices that Matt has an "Added nms programs" link (on May 20, 2002) which I had never known, and I found to be odd.
search.cpan.org is still correct however.
What is the proper URL for "MSA"?
A simple defacement perhaps?
