Actually I would like to set up a repository where I work, unfortunatley it won't be public. My question is how did you set up the repository in the first place? I have the making of ppm files down, I just lack that knowledge. Links or pointers would be great.

The other thing you could do, which I personally haven't, is run a PPM server ( http://search.cpan.org/src/MURRAY/PPM-2.1.6/server/ ). I took a look at it once long ago and decided it wasn't for me (when ppm3 is released on cpan, maybe i'll consider it -- for now, i'm content with a HTTP ppm repository).
