All you need is a compiler, and the perl source.

Get source at Get free compiler. There are two that are supposed to work, Borland (i can verify it works, look for freecommandlinetools.exe) and MinGW (i tried, didn't work for me)

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
