Archive-Tar-0.23 is out and it WORKS

It's been forever (0.08) since there was an Archive::Tar which worked (all tests pass) on win32, and now it's finally here!

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
perl -e "$q=$_;map({chr unpack qq;H*;,$_}split(q;;,q*H*));print;$q/$q;"

    The README and the Pod tell us, that it was 0.072 that last worked, and that the "solution" is simply to bundle v0.23 and 0.072, and make Archive::Tar do the "right thing" and transparently load Archive::Tar::Win32, which just is v0.072. So I guess that no new features arrived for Win32 :-)

    perl -MHTTP::Daemon -MHTTP::Response -MLWP::Simple -e ' ; # The $d = new HTTP::Daemon and fork and getprint $d->url and exit;#spider ($c = $d->accept())->get_request(); $c->send_response( new #in the HTTP::Response(200,$_,$_,qq(Just another Perl hacker\n))); ' # web

    Is there any word on whether this one supports streaming tar file support? I recall using a previous version and noting that it created the whole thing in memory.
