Linking Convention Improvements

You should now be able to specify your own title when using the newlinking conventions for CPAN and linking to id's; Now [id://979|Perl Master] makes a link like Perl Master which points to my home node. A link like [cpan://Memoize|Check out this cool module] makes a link that looks like Check out this cool module

The id link works ok. But the cpan link gives me an error from search.cpan.org:

No modules found matching 'Memoize|Check out this cool module'

    --ZZamboni

I think your cpan link doesn't work. I got an error searching for: "Memoize|Check out this cool module"
