...that's 5 hours of written exams, specifically designed to take longer than 5 hours to complete, and also immediately after a 2 hour tube ride and being forced to miss lunch (there ain't no buffet car on the tube). And then just to demoralise you completely before the final rejection, the post-programming exercise is adjudicated by a bloke that has poor eyesight and can only read a program one character at a time - and can still spot all of the algorithmic errors. Not that I sat the test or anything...
