The Horseflies (a strange but compelling mix of rock and bluegrass) did a version back in the eighties that involved the lyrics:

if that horse and cart fall down you're still the only rich baby in town

My highschool social studies teacher actually turned me on to this odd music.

There's something very appealing about that closing line after all the lists of riches.

I can't find the lyrics online, and I don't have the music here. Here's a review of their weird and funky stuff, though, that I found on Google. Neat poem.
