If I was just starting out, I'd opt for Dr. Dre, he got Eminem off the ground, so he's got to be a good motivator and mentor. But at this point, I'm happier with a manage who just kind of hangs back and says, "That's cool" (Or rather, says whatever cool people say, I'm sure it's not 'cool') without interfering with me.
