RE: this is a real perl program! (kudra: this isn't obfuscation)

    It may be a program, but what's obfuscated about it? I guess I don't really see anything very complicated in drawing whatever picture you want in comments, and putting in a single command outside comments. If the picture made of the hash marks was very complex, I might call it ascii art. But not obfuscation. (Obfuscation is something I can't read or write ;).

    Update: It looks as if Aighearach beat me to this comment. It's because I was busy talking with him about it on chatterbox :P

      Wow it's been a couple of months since this post, but i'm gonna reply again anyway.

      Kudra was right. Not only is it not obfuscated, it doesn't even run. That's why i called it bobfuscated;)

      #!/usr/bin/perl -w #!perl -w use strict;#!Strict(kick me in the nuts thats what it is) sub sub{####### ########### ##### ##### ########### return; ### ### ### ########### ########### }##

      I asked the monks to reap that node, and they did.

      I have to agree that this is not obfuscated code and doesn't really belong here. However, your return on the dollar is rather funny. I think a post to meditations would be more appropriate.
        Or maybe a "Perl Art" section??

    I think I would describe it as ascii "art," and not a perl program. Also, it is not very obfuscated, because it's function is obvious at first glance; it exits. Well, keep trying anyhow.

    Update:I shamelessly admit to agreeing with, writing up, and taking credit for kudra's chatterbox commentary. ;)
