I've noticed it as well. It's usually due to a really long string of characters that doesn't get broken up like URLs usually are.

This_is_the_obligatory_test_of_the_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_long_string_of_characters_theory

    Ah. i thought that it was just to ironic that this happens to me right when I'm reading a node about it. Sigh. The universe is not quite as silly as I had thought it to be for a moment.
