I've noticed it as well. It's usually due to a really long string of characters that doesn't get broken up like URLs usually are. This_is_the_obligatory_test_of_the_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_really_long_string_of_characters_theory Feel free to edit the above, since my point has been made.
