What level do i have to be to read private comments?

So i replied to a node i thought
would be a good healthy discussion.
Got some really helpful feedback and
some down-right mean comments.
That's okay. i know where i am.
But i keep seeing
"Some notes below your chosen depth have not been shown here"

What level do i have to be to see what these say?
Are these notes from higher level Perlmonks?

Do these notes mean i have been black-listed or cursed?

curious,
jtrue

On your User Settings page, there is a set of options entitled "Note Configuration" - The option here titled "Note text threshold" controls whether deeply nested comments are displayed within subject threads.

By increasing this value, additional threaded comments can be viewed within subject threads without traversing the individual thread posts.

    perl -e 'print+unpack("N",pack("B32","00000000000000000000000111010000")),"\n"'

It's below the chosen threading depth (for display purposes) - the easiest way to see these comments is clicking on the node immediately preceding - so you get a new sub-thread view.

    Nothin' secret going on there!

I think it is not a matter of level, but instead a configuration issue: try to change Note depth and Note text threshold in Note configuration of your User settings.

Nope, you are not cursed ;)

You can specify your node depth in user settings. It has nothing to do with you monk level.
