More specifically, I would recommend TWiki.
TWiki uses RCS (Revision Control System) to record an audit trail of any changes to the site's content. This makes it particuarly suited to business applications as it can form part of your Quality Management system. Access control groups can also be used to prevent anonymous editing, which increases confidence in the data (everything is tagged by a 'real' username). JJ
