This is from memory, so beware. You're going to need to go into the IIS Control Panel (Service Manager, or whatever they call the thing), and find the ScriptMap panel. Reset the binding for ".cgi". If that doesn't work, revisit the Virtual Directories, and ensure that they all have "Script" and "Execute" permission. Installing the service pack might have also reset the user that IIS runs as. You'll need to change this if you need to access some COM features from any of your scripts.
If all else fails, punt and install Apache.
