online perl programmer's labour exchange

Is there any "labour exchange" online? ... i mean where i could go & someone could order some kind of perl script (& i get paid for writting it)?

    The only one I know is called Scriptlance and it's basically intended to link up webmasters that need a job done with programmers that can do the job in question.

    I've never used this site, though, so I can not vouch for it's effectiveness in getting work or for the quality of work you may get from it.

    If I recall there was some attept to do this. It was called SourceXchange, and it was an off shoot of COLLAB.NET, HP sponsored it.

    Basically you signed up as a developer or customer, and the market place allowed the two to come together, and get projects done.

    I think they gave up on the idea when the open source bubble burst, folding back into collabNet anything that was useful.
