    In response to the update...

    Did the submission process go smoothly for this node? Over the past few weeks, replies to Q&A answers have been evoking "Permission Denied" errors upon submission. The end result has been a pile of empty "Re: Answer:" nodes. Perhaps the missing "in reply to" link is related.
