Maybe this isn't possible, but you could use something like Tie::IxHash to have the hashes always return the same order of keys.
Otherwise, perlfaq4 has examples on how to do this using FreezeThaw. Maybe one of these might be what you need. You have moved into a dark place. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
