The BIGNOSEBIRD tutorial is evil. It uses <limit...>. Don't do that!

    I've never heard using <limit> is a bad thing; what's your aversion to it?
      You are "limiting" the "limits". Most people mis-copy that code, and get it wrong, limiting only GET and not POST.

      Even the Apache documentation today says "LIMIT" should not be used, except in rare circumstances where "limiting the limits" is appropriate.
