Newest Nodes list - adding number of replies

Would anyone else find it interesting/useful if the number of replies was printed beside the node title in the list when you go to the Newest Nodes page? You could then decide to visit nodes that either haven't been discussed yet or are heavily discussed.

Interesting? Yes. It might possibly cause unwanted social-engineering on the traffic of various nodes, though. For the very reasons you give, nodes (with hopefully well-written titles, heh) will stand less on the merit of their content than previously. As it is, I am sure many monks (myself included) typically look at more recent nodes over older nodes.

On both Seekers of Perl Wisdom and The Monastery Gates you can see the number of replies. Well for my taste thats enough, as I tend to view those categories and read shortly over or through the questions until I find one of interest.
    Have a nice day
All decision is left to your taste
