    It's not supposed to be this way, here.

    First you should be aware that your post will make a lot of people scream "HOMEWORK !",
    which must be understand as "we're not here to do your homework !"

    So I'd be please to try to answer, if you can formulate your question in a more precise way.
    (which Network devices ? which files ? which protocol ?)

    Of course, a piece of code, showing that you have thought/worked a little bit on the subject would be a good beginning too...

    You question wasn't 100% clear so I'm assuming that you are only asking about how to download files. In that case Net::FTP is a good a starting point as any.
      hie arhumanyu know i am supposed to write scripts that download confiiguration files of network devices eg routers using SNMP on Network on a daily basis,this is part of project,i don't if if there are librariies in perl which do this or predefined function to do this,
