    Sorry, but if you want better answer then ask better question. You have asked how can be written SOAP::Lite client. Do you want to see cut&paste from that guide? It has working examples of clients and servers.

    In short: have you tried example servers and clients from that guide? If not then try. If yes, but you had some problems with them then post again with description of your problems.

    Usually it is very hard to give other answer than RTFM for general questions.
