I've started alternating Joe Bach with Joe Satriani (modern axe god). This afternoon's highlight: The Brandenberg Concertos VS Not Of This Earth. Not sure who'll win.

I mostly listen to industrial and metal while coding,
but with a strong minority of classical (mostly
neo-romantic stuff like Sibelius and Berlioz) and jazz.
(And at the moment I'm listening to Moxy Früvous.
Go figure.) The stack of CDs next to my keyboard at the
moment isn't particularly representative, but for interest's
sake:
- Rob Zombie, "Hellbilly Deluxe"
- Unhelig, "Komm Zu Mir!"
- Gustav Holst, "The Planets" (also has some Ralph
Vaughan Williams)
- Jean Sibelius, "Symphonies No. 2 & No. 7"
- Anton Bruckner, "Symphonie No. 7"
- Maurice Ravel, "Bolero & Other Orchestral Works"
- The Oscar Peterson Trio, "Night Train"
