The new docs has advantages: full-text search of the entire documentation set, and collapsable TOC tree. However, it's a "compiled" help file, so I don't see how a simple tool can simply rebuild the TOC page. I like the old way, if only because it's "open". We could change the generated TOC (to add scripted expandable tree things), and add a search capability, or whatever.
