help newest nodes woes

I am unable to view newest nodes. I dropped out for a while and the gates page seems not to carry a slice of all nodes now. So I thought I'd use newest nodes as a replacement. I think that my time away has given me so many newest nodes that the browser gives up. I tried to use the reset newest nodes flag in user setting, but to no avail. This unworthy one seeks intervention. Thank you for your time. halxd2

You probably hit "Set my Newest Nodes Flag" a long time ago, and then forgot to take it off. Go to User Settings and then click the button at the bottom of the page that says "Clear my Newest Nodes Flag." That should fix you right up :)
Since this method was apparently tried but didn't work, I hand rolled a link that should set your newest nodes flag to just a few minutes prior to when I'm posting this.

Warning this link will muck with your newest nodes flag, so don't click it unless the User Settings one isn't working for you.

Here is the link: Set my Newest Nodes Flag.
