SEI Perl book?

EvanCarroll has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI) writes security advisories for different languages. I've read the one on C which they also provide in a PDF form. Does anyone know if the Perl material was ever arranged into a PDF?

If not, it may be a really cool project for someone looking to give back.

At work, we implemented the most severe recommendation from the site, because our customers insisted on it. Nevertheless, we only use the output of their Perl::Critic rules as recommendations only, because we don't agree with some of them. So, I'm not sure it's worth the effort.

Follow-up questions: 1) Why not you? 2) Did you write any of the content in question? 3) Why anyone; AKA where is the evidence the material is worth promoting?

      1. maybe someone else did. 2. No I did not. 3. From the school of everything is better in X, why Y?
