Well, I think you might have given up too soon on getting Perl to go on your PC (it really can't be that hard, can it?). But at any rate... if the module in question is pure perl code, then you could just pull out the stuff that you want and paste it into your own code. If you do this, be sure to document in your script where you got this code!. If it's a compiled module, I think you're out of luck unless you can convince your ISP to install it.

Just out of curiosity, what kinda hardware and OS are you using that you couldn't run perl?
