For those interested, the results are now available.

Results are well laid out and explained, but I would have preferred if they would have listed the percentages in each category in descending order instead of seemingly random across the board.

Ehm ... where exactly do you see a "random" order?

Done, but the questionaire kinda sucks. There is a maximum number of perl5 versions to choose from, and 5.26 isn't even one of them

"Do you use perl6 (or plan to)" is the *only* question about perl6

Done. I'm not a software developer by trade, but find it useful to help with my job (i.e., network automation and text processing for analytics). Hopefully my results don't skew the survey :-).

Quite the opposite is true: Perl is a tool to get things done. (And IMHO, the best general-purpose tool for getting things done.) It does not matter if you use perl to make your network run smoothly, to fiddle with genomes and proteines, or just to adapt one legacy system to a future legacy system. Software is not developed as a form of art (it can be one), but to solve problems.
