Fwiw, i was speaking theoretically, to answer the other post. It's not practical, sure, but that's because Perl isn't going anywhere (um, i mean it isn't going away anytime soon). But, the fact that it could happen is part of the beauty of the site. Ultimately, it is user run...kind of.

That being said, your post is excellent. You covered a lot in there, and i'm glad you said it. Thank you.
