      TEST ONLY:

My intent in creating this reply was -- after creation and the node visible -- to delete all but the above and this para. Then we can see if Find Original Content (as I've bookmarked Corion's node for revealing original content) works in this case... not precisely as pryrt specified, but close.

Update: I tried the above but, perhaps, too soon after creation. The first response from Find Original was a 404 -- perhaps at about 15 seconds after creation. At <1 minute after creation, the response was in the form of the first two para above, ONLY.

Expendable para was here; now deleted.

Appears that pryrt is correct in the statement in the parent, "... if Monk OP'er creates a post, then removes all content (making it empty), mere mortal monks do not have the ability to look at the node and see what was written there before the edit." Apologies to the good Chaplain!

Still have a sneaking suspicion that there's magic somewhere in the "Original Content..." that I'm missing.... :-)

(Moved from body text): "So, I'm sticking in another expendable para (which has now been deleted from body text, ca 1710 EST (US deleted perhaps an hour from now) and then wait another hour to see what Corion's magic does with that. It may be that pryrt is completely correct, but my (rather vague) memory keeps insisting otherwise."
