What you're really complaining about is third party politics -- you depend on some rpm repository which isn't quite up to taking care of your needs -- it happensI was talking about an attempt of installing via CPAN.pm. It didn't work. ExtUtils::MakeMaker, the original, was there. Nothing was "missing".
